  • How frequent are your trips?

    Trip times depend on the tide, and also the weather.  Check out our booking form, or get in touch for further advice.

  • Do you operate all year round?

    Yes! Whitstable Boat trips is in operation all year round, weather permitting.

  • Is there a minimum age?

    There is no minimum age for children aboard our Site Seeker, however we do require all children to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • What shoes do I need to wear?

    Please wear sensible non-slip footwear on board, such as trainers.

  • What clothing should I wear?

    Please wear clothing which is appropriate for the weather forecast that day - and be prepared for windchill and sea spray!

  • Do you run bespoke trips?

    Yes! Please get in touch with our friendly skippers on 07383 441811 to book.

  • Can we bring alcohol on board?

    Alcohol is only permitted on board private bookings, and in moderation.

  • Will you cancel if the weather is bad?

    Our customers' comfort and safety is our top priority. If the weather is bad we will  either refund you, or offer you an alternative date.

  • Can I get a full refund if my trip is cancelled?

    Yes, if your trip is cancelled we will either reschedule your trip, or offer you a full refund.

  • What happens if I miss my trip?

    If you don't arrive in time for your trip, or cancel on the same day, we will try to fit you onto the next trip, however we can't guarantee this, in which case you will lose your booking money.
